Given a notebook, inject markdown cells for narrative purposes, so that it satisfies tutorial-style requirements, enabling nb readers to onboard faster than without?

Also, judge the level of skill needed to read the notebook. Or target it to a certain persona, e.g. finance, no PhD, lots of years of experience, beginner at coding.
