Beginner question about implicit conversions and givens

I am having a hard time getting the right imports for implicit conversions to work. Here is the example code I am running:

// fundamental coulomb types and methods
import coulomb.*
import coulomb.syntax.*

// algebraic definitions
import algebra.instances.all.given
import coulomb.ops.algebra.all.given

// unit and value type policies for operations
import coulomb.policy.standard.given
import scala.language.implicitConversions

// unit definitions
import coulomb.units.si.{*, given}
scala> val x = 2.0.withUnit[Meter]
val x: coulomb.Quantity[Double, coulomb.units.si.Meter] = 2.0
                                                                                                                                                 
scala> 2 * x

How do I get 2 * x working?

From studying the unit tests, here https://github.com/erikerlandson/coulomb/blob/scala3/core/src/test/scala/coulomb/quantity.scala#L22 I managed to answer my own question. This line specifically was missing:
import coulomb.ops.algebra.all.{*, given}
whereas I only had
import algebra.instances.all.given
