To make sure that no information is lost, we need to migrate any relevant issues from the old software support essentials repository to the new repositories:

NEBULA for the web framework
Research Software support for the RSS content
NEBULA-docs for NEBULA framework user and developer documentation
NEBULA-content-template for things related anything general content setup/config/docs related
