New chapter type: list with more info window

To enable, for example the glossary request in the research software support, but perhaps also the general further reading list, I would like to consider adding another chapter type which has two windows, one (a third of the width?) with a list of items, and one window next to it which shows a short description, and perhaps picture, video etc of the selected item.
