Thank you. Now it works. Firstly, I downloaded the flash from launchpad https://espressif.github.io/esp-launchpad/?flashConfigURL=https://espressif.github.io/esp-box/launchpad.toml. But now I built the program and downloaded the flash from the github repo esp-box.
