5digit identification on users interface problem

Hi all.
I have issue about recognize the codes
At the users, adding new chip, it got identifyed with 'fffed' name.
Not with the '12345' (5 digits on the chip side).
This problem cant help me to block lost chips, beacuse cant identify it.
Can anyone help me how to di it?

Hello @led707 could you maybe add your 5 digits as the name of the user, so you could search by that number if needed?
