Review first template version

@Felixmil I have uploaded the template for esqlasb reports with a proposed workflow. Please review and let me know what you think. Also there are some issues that remain to be solved.

The example project https://github.com/esqLABS/esqlabsR.reports/tree/main/example-project/CY2D6-RQ/Code/Report contains two reports based on the template and generated with the most recent esqlabsR package. These reports can be used as "snapshots" for further improvements of the figures.
