UI does not show at all

I Installed the UI and i can not see anything at all in my browser. Tried on different servers and it does not work.
I checked the Developer tab and found this, not sure if it is related:

DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for chrome-extension://nhbgpipnadhelnecpcjcikbnedilhddf/lib/chartist.min.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

The chartist.min.js is loaded successfull (code 200) so i think that it should be working. Anything i can do to troubleshoot? By the way i am playing on Server170

Somehow the applications in chrome extension is not valid. I removed it and have some Icons shown in Chrome, but when pressing on the settings i get:
