Showing Example Output from Vignettes

There are some vignettes where a function is called as an example but does not show the output. For instance, in the state-level fair market rents, we don't know what the result of hud_fmr(query = 'VA', year = '2021') is unless we run it ourselves in an R session. I am guessing maybe this was because the output is quite large to print? Even so, I think it would be very helpful to show some of the structure of the output.
