Language names do not show up correctly on Windows

With the regular PowerShell or Command Prompt on Windows, language names during the UI language prompt or the mnemonic language prompt do not show up correctly. I'm not sure we can even do something about it but it would be interesting to explore if there is a solution to this issue.

Looks like missing fonts. Try it on Windows Terminal?
