For the next meeting, I've made quite a few PRs that need review:

• Finalize EIP-2364 ethereum/EIPs#5121 and Finalize EIP-2464 ethereum/EIPs#5122 (have author approval for both)
• Revise EIP-2535 ethereum/EIPs#5120 (might need manual merge if author does not respond)
• Remove greeting bot ethereum/EIPs#5124 (will need manual merge due to @eth-bot bug)
• Add protocol for author list changes ethereum/EIPs#5129
• Add myself (@Pandapip1) as an editor ethereum/EIPs#5123
