Language when creating products,creating variations, pulling categories and their attributes

Hello, I have some questions where the documentation is not clear to me.

1. If I create a product via "createDraftListing", in which language must the description and title be submitted?
   Does it depend on the store language that is set on Etsy or is it always English and I can add my translations with "createListingTranslation"?

2. When we want to add variants with "updateListingInventory", property_values -> property_name says "The name of the property, in the requested locale language." but I don't see any option in the documentation to define the language?

3. So, if we are supposed to transmit the attributes in a specific language, why can't we fetch the categories and category attributes for a specific language? In API version 2 this was definitely still possible. (getSellerTaxonomyNodes, getPropertiesByTaxonomyId)
