Manager issues after user clicked on update

Hello,

I'm currently running on a 1.4.17 version, but my client cliked on the 3.xx update button.

I should'nt have let her the permissions for that, my mistake, but now, the manager is acting strangely :

• The ressources tree is empty, with a "this container is empty" message
• You can't save any of the fields in a ressource, only TVs.

I think there is somethig wrong with my site_content db table.

I tried reloading an old save but it's still the same.
Any idea ?
