v3 Extras Module (Package Manager 0.1.3) - install buttons always green

(edit: I misread the version as 3.1.17 instead of 3.1.7)

In Evo 3.1.7 the Extras Module (Package Manager 0.1.3) shows a green install button for all items, regardless of whether an element is installed.

See screencap below (DocInfo, DocLister and evoSearch are installed for example)

Is this an issue or is it meant to be like this? Any chance of tweaking to indicate installed elements?

Contrast this to Evo 1.4.15 where the Extras Module (Package Manager 0.1.3) that are installed show a Blue button for installed items (with either Reset or Update) so it's pretty easy to see what is installed and what needs updating.
