Compatibility with language-markdown

Would it be possible to make this compatible with the language-markdown package?

I'm new to this side of Atom but I think all that would be required would be to match the Markdown (text.md) scope in addition to GitHub Markdown (source.gfm).

I guess adding additional check to textEditor.getGrammar().name in https://github.com/ewnd9/hyperclick-markdown/blob/master/lib/main.js#L12 should work

Just for reference since the last commit is from 2016, this package is not abandoned, I use it every day to navigate my personal wiki on the latest version of Atom.

Thanks, I'll give it a try! Glad to hear it's still cared for, seems like a great tool and I figured it was pretty stable and didn't need tons of new updates.
