it seems that OBS crash when showing other audio outputs aside the first one.

Please provide a crash report. You find them in obs menu help crash reports.

I'm not sure if this is connected since there are not a lot of details in the issue description, but on my mac, OBS crashes if I click on the gear icon in Audio Monitor, Outputs -> Track 2 -> Show. Odd tracks (1,3,5) work, even tracks (2,4,6) make OBS crash, All also causes crash: see screenshot.

I don't see any crash reports menu option under help: see screenshot. Also, the OBS logs do not contain anything about the crash but it contains some system details:
