protein-translation missing gradle-wrapper.jar

The protein-translation exercise is missing the gradle/gradle-wrapper.jar file, meaning users who download the exercise will not be able to run it using gradle wrapper. The following error is displayed when trying:

./gradlew test
Error: Could not find or load main class org.gradle.wrapper.GradleWrapperMain
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.gradle.wrapper.GradleWrapperMain
