Only sometimes the deck tracker works

Sometimes deck tracker works but usually it doesn't. When it does work, I can shut down ESL, reopen again and then it doesn't work, Also my error log is 86,000KB the last line says Exception happened while attaching to mono thread. I renamed the error log to old. when a new one is generated it is Chinese or something.
