Removedupes Crash & [JavaScript Application] error.

Hello,

Thank you for this extension, use to work well for a period of time. When Removedupes is used, it can crash Thunderbird, when using “Delete Permanently” after a period of usage, or time.

The other issue been [JavaScript Application] error.

macOS : 12.75
Thunderbird : 128.6.1esr (64-bit)
Remove Duplicate Messages : 060

Any solution ?

This is a Thunderbird bug. My extension doesn't do anything on its own - it only asks Thunderbird to do things: Tell it about messages, perform actions on messages, etc.

The bug may be due to some kind of mailbox corruption, so, compacting your folders might help; but mostly, you should file this as a bug on bugzilla.mozilla.org .

If you believe this issue can be reproduced on a clean profile, then please let me know (although - I doubt that).

When I get this [JavaScript Application] it seems to be affected by multilayer 2–3 folders deep deletion, that is when the issue does crop up, never on a root folder where inbox etc resides.
