Adam lining up SUMA for user testing at 14:00 - our plan is to remotely watch their screens as they interact with the prototype.

User testing with Colby

Male, Student, 27

  • thought that it was overall fine and worked
  • at first he was confused by the layout of Figma as it showed a black box around the page
  • thought that the colours were weird with logo, looked like a template
  • was unsure when the driver was expected to log in and access the code (maybe need to add some text at the top of the page asking them to show this page to the supplier every time)
  • suggested listing the name of the supplier that they were meant to find (stretch goal)
  • specify which location on driver page (currently Figma is a little vague)
  • contact information on more pages (we can add contact information as a footer on all pages for support)
