Investigate concurrent Task Runs with Mephisto

Sometimes there's a need to launch numerous versions of the same Task (e.g. massive A/B testing), and run them concurrently (for speed) on a modestly resourced machine (hardware limitation).

While we do support that via form versions in the new FormBuilder, it may be worthwhile to establish a pattern of doing so for a completely custom Task.
