Need to have consensus about DID manager.

Single library vs two libraries (one with non destructive read operations and one with write operations)

The Wordpress parser was directly integrated into the library via composer for quick development and to avoid need to maintain separate libraries when we were developing just for Wordpress. Now that we are thinking about supporting other platforms I and also inclined to separate out any Wordpress related things from the library and keep it as a separate library also in composer.
