Releases: fancyIX/sgminer-phi2-branch
Beta5d Release
Speed compare of this release (beta5d) than previous release (beta5c): 15%~35% faster (for lyra2Z on 580 it's over 100% faster). The pre-built binary kernels are used to speed up the performance, only for "-w 256" and only for Baffin or Ellesmere or Vega cards and if using Linux it's only for AMDGPU Pro driver.
Tested on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 18.04 & HiveOS with Vega56 and 580 cards. Best work size is 256. Only x86_64 available for now. Windows requires installing https://slproweb.com/download/Win64OpenSSL-1_0_2p.exe. You may need to specify "--gpu-platform". Set "--gpu-threads 1" may help to achieve the best speed. Set "-I 23" or so may help with better performance.

Beta4b Release
Note that this release is obsolete. Newest release is much faster than this release.
This release (beta4b) begins to support lyra2Z. The pre-built binary kernels are used to speed up the performance, only for "-w 256" and only for Ellesmere or gfx900 cards and only for AMDGPU Pro driver. That means if you are using other work size, or using other type of cards, the speed should be only a little bit faster than previous release. If you accidentally delete the prebuilt binary file, you can download again from here.
Set "--gpu-threads 2" may help to achieve the best speed. Set "--xintensity 32" or so may help with more stable performance.

Beta3c Release
Note that this release is obsolete. Newest release is much faster than this release.
This release (beta3c) is about 10% faster than beta3b.
beta3 is memory bond, and beta3b/c is core bond.
That means if your GPU core is slow (slower than 560 maybe), you'd better not use beta3b/c.
Tested on Windows 10 with Vega56 card, and Ubuntu 18.04 & HiveOS with Vega56 and 580 cards. Best work size is 256 or 512. Only x86_64 available for now. Windows requires installing https://slproweb.com/download/Win64OpenSSL-1_0_2p.exe. You may need to specify "--gpu-platform". Set "--gpu-threads 1" may help to achieve the best speed. Set "--xintensity 32" or so may help with more stable performance.
