This is open for discussion and validation, after discussing with @kayabaNerve and based on the March 3rd weekly meetings discussion we propose to change Alice and Bob swap role names into ArbitratingSeller and AccordantSeller, which are more easy to grasp without knowledge of the protocol itself as describe in the whitepaper.

Technically, Bob (as the person who starts with Bitcoin, the arbitrating chain) is ArbitratingSeller, just to clarify that.

We also discussed multiple other names, such as ArbitratingUser, implying being the existing user. That said, these didn't really pan out. While I'd still be open for better options than "Seller", I still think it's miles better than Alice/Bob, which requires knowing and actively remembering the whitepaper terminology as h4sh3d comments.

Im not sure it matters after the setup whether one party is arbitrating seller or accordant seller
