When an Advisory is in effect, the Advisory circle button is displayed. On click or tap of the Advisory circle button, Display the Advisory Popup. (HTML in attached doc MobileMapsAdvisoryDesign.docx)
On click/tap of close button, close the Advisory popup
On click/tap of Read More link - go to https://www.baaqmd.gov/alertstatus
On click/tap of en Español link - display Spanish text
