can't find models in output_dir

after running "python run_squad.py ", I didn't get models directory.
and I don't understand why there is "/models/bert/bbu_squad2" file. Is it produced by run_squad.py file? I didn't find bbu_squad2 in run_squad.py souce file.
running time of my code in colab is only 20 minutes, I think the training process is not done, what's the problem? How to solve that?
