Optimization with the NEHVI Optimizer and more than 7 objective functions is currently not availeable.

With >7 objective functions, Ax runs into an error when evaluating the EHVI or NEHVI acquisition functions:

IndexError: amax(): Expected reduction dim -1 to have non-zero size.

I've raised the issue here. This issue is just FYI until we get feedback from the Ax team on if they can reproduce the error or if it's a setup error on our side.
