Parameter Sensitivities are still in an WIP state in CADET-Process. I am interested in using the sensitivities to calculate a Jacobian to feed to gradient based optimisers.

TODOs

General

  • Add option access parameter sensitivities for flow rate
  • Add tests for Parameter sensitivities

AD Jacobian

  • Implement Jacobian gradient calc with parameter sensitivity in difference metric (SSE)
  • Ensure compatibility with transformation (jacobian has to be transformed if parameters are)
