What we’re after:
As a user of FEC’s legal resources, I want:

• to decommission saos.fec.gov,
• faster document loading through improved internal data transfers,
• consistent AO search UI that aligns with other legal searches,

so that I can efficiently access and navigate AOs in a single platform.

Why we’re after it: To reduce our legacy application burden, boost efficiency, and create a consistent, user-friendly search experience across platforms.
