most comunities have meshviewer, or some kind of map which tells you at what time they have see the node last time (last alfred packet arrived - in5 minute detail)
and i think here are basic misconception in the ideas
you can push it over alfred (but only when you regain network)
you can push this via statistic.lua (again alfred and only if you regain network)
this is somehow only related to ssid changer, this idea - like this should sit somewhere else.
If the offline status is set based on TQ, and not only if connection to the network is completely lost, it's quite possible that announcements via respondd / alfred reach the map server, so it's not completely useless to publish this information.
