Question 25: Multiple Associated Events in Transactions [JW/RB-INS]

Description: Since TraAssociatedEvent is a single value field, is there a way to attach multiple Events records to a single transaction (e.g. an exhibit event and a photography event) or is there a preferred priority for which event should be attached? We are associating more photo request events with transactions lately but are butting up against the single value field for Associated Events.

Alternatively, is there a way to attach a Transaction to a Consultation record (e.g. photo request or visit that results in a loan)?

E.g. - loaning specimens to science hub about TPT; would like Insects to also provide images of those specimens, related to that loan

• • I found that I can indeed attach a parent to the Photo Request event, but since I can still only attach one (and this event is used for all insect photo requests for 2024) instead I created a group for Associated Events (IRN 16960) and a group for Associated Transactions (IRN 16959) that I will link back in the associated records tab for the Photo Request event.
