Description: I’m trying to figure out our current user group permissions, but am wondering if we’ve made so many changes over the years that we should start over.

JJ will start a group registry cleanup/triage document for people to get a handle on which groups they have and may want to clean up. Starting with Catalogue Module permissions and working through the rest.
