Description: How to flag Sites as sensitive? [e.g. is it ok to add something like “Sensitive” to the Site Classification field?]

• This could help to keep all departments aware of sites and items that may have NAGPRA concerns or restrictions

• Sites themselves may be sensitive (as well as collections items)

• Use a field in sites to indicate on the catalogue records that they are associated with that site. There is also the collection record in-between.

• Where in the hierarchy should we put the flag? Should child records get the status? Automated or not?

Response: Can June create an example description of a site and items that could be associated with it. IT can then look at that data and put it in the appropriate fields.
