If you have the appropriate permissions you can mass update the location of catalogue records by using the Relocate Tool. Catalogue: Search for and select/highlight the record(s) you want to relocate. Go the Tools->Relocate menu. When the window pops up fill out the required fields and and click the Relocate button. Exhibitions: In Events, the relocate tool works only from the object tab. Select/highlight the Object(s) you want to relocate on the Objects tab, click on the Tool->Reolocate menu, fill out the required fields and click Relocate button. |
