Open the 1st group [Tools->Group->Retrieve Group] |

Open the 1st group [Tools->Group->Retrieve Group]
Carry out a subtraction search [File->Additional Search->Subtract (NOT)]
Open the 2nd group [Tools->Group->Retrieve Group]
You should now see the subset of records.
