Question 87: Adding collectors to an Accession [KS]

Description:
I am trying to add collectors to an Accession in the Transactions module but it stopped letting me add more collectors when I reached collector #25….is this the limit to the number of collectors you can add for an accession? I still have two more collectors that I want to add. Is there a work around or something that I can use to add the 2 additional collectors to the Accession or should I just note them somewhere?

Response: If the collectors are part of a field team you can create a Collaboration Type party record and attach that to the Accession Record. The rules around collaboration records are that it have a unique “name” and that all of the parties are linked in the table on the Collaboration Tab.
