Measurements import updates [From previous meeting] - [JJ]

• Migrated everything that we can (except Birds - In progress)
• if you have records with numbers and text in the same field it is in the Features field . You’ll need to disambiguate. Anthro requested info, because they should have been cleaned up. Non-decimal fractions aren’t EMu numbers.
• ecatalogue Working Group will meet to discuss Measurements
• • Taken & Kind field controlled vocabs
• Note: ranges are in the features field because of the hyphens. tTaxonomy and exhobjects have from and to. Ecatalogue will move that way with

Version 9 upgrade [From previous meeting] [SG]

• Axiell is moving our data now to a test version of 9.
• Testing will be happening in February on the IT side.

github usernames[SG]

• We will be tagging folks in the github Q&A discussions, so if you have a username listed here then you either have an invite or have accepted it. If you think you have a username and have NOT had an invite, then check the spreadsheet and add your github username.
• Remember to use your fieldmuseum.org email address.

Exhibitions Rail content [KW + SG]

• Confirming archiving and sharing workflows
• We have heard that other departments are needing to use content from the rails. These data need to be archived and shared using the correct platforms. Please email the helpdesk if you feel the need to use/reuse any exhibitions rail content

For collections websites – Please add updated lists here. There will be a section on the homepage that you should look at:
