Question 17: Collection Event summary lines seem to be duplicating locality information [RB - INS]

Description: Our Collection Event summaries are duplicating the site data at both the beginning and end of the string. It seems to only be happening on newly created CE records or freshly modified ones at least. (If this is a known issue and I’ve just missed it, please ignore this.)

Example: CE irn 3679737 = “North America, Belize, Orange Walk District, Rio Bravo Conservation Area, Well trail near well Kovarik; 10 Apr 1996 North America, Belize, Orange Walk District, Rio Bravo Conservation Area, Well trail near well”

Example: CE irn: 3679802 = “South America, Colombia, Chocó, Caño Taparal, about 20 km W Palestina on Rio San Juan Malkin; 23 Nov 1968 South America, Colombia, Chocó, Caño Taparal, about 20 km W Palestina on Rio San Juan”
