DECISION(S): Yes. Change:

• “Date Processed” to “Loan Start Date”
• “Due Date” to “Loan End Date”
• “Processed by” to “Internal Contacts” with Roles look up.
• “Invoice #” to “Invoice/Loan #”
• “Return Date” to “Date Returned”
• “Previous Due Date” to “Previous Loan End Date”
  Dates Tab to Details Tab.
