Examination tab does not use same multivalued personnel involved table as others (e.g., Checks). Is that ok?

• If not, end up with nested multivalue multiverse hell

Personnel Involved groupbox [same NEW FIELDS as from Checks tab]

• CheNameRef_tab (“Name”): Attachment [M] eparties
• CheRole_tab (“Role”): Lookup [Text (30) [M];
• Lookup list: NEW [ Role] - [Level 1]
• CheDateChecked0 (“Date Examined”): Date [M];
