RFC: improved form component testing API

Hello everyone,

I have been investigating testing form components this evening and found the existing API makes code much harder to read and isn't fluent so ive been experimenting and have come up with the following API

I haven't implemented many assertions as I wanted to get the temperature of the community before diving in and building something people wouldn't find useful. the final version would be directly attached to the filament facade and have a PEST Plugin.
