Add "Clickable Title & Body" Feature for FilamentPHP Notifications

It would be great to add the ability to make notification titles clickable in the FilamentPHP notifications package. Right now, we can add actions to the notificaitons but users can't click on the title to navigate to a different page or action, which limits the functionality a bit.

What I'm Suggesting:

• Add an option to make notification titles clickable, linking to a specific URL or route.
• Make it clear to users that the title is clickable (e.g., by changing the cursor to a pointer or underlining the text).
• Allow developers to choose whether or not they want their notification titles to be clickable.

Why This Would Help:

• It makes notifications more interactive, letting users quickly get to important pages or actions by clicking the title.
• It brings FilamentPHP notifications in line with modern notification systems that have this kind of functionality.

This would improve the overall user experience by making notifications more actionable and intuitive.
