Bug: Network Drives mounted multiple times by Files app

Description

I have some preexisting network drives mounted on my PC, but sometimes when I open the Files app, it duplicates one of the drive mounts multiple times:

Steps To Reproduce

1. Have preexisting network drive mounts (e.g. net use S: \\appsvr\\files
2. Open Files app multiple times
