Astronomy data missing

Hello,

I would like to do a bit more research on the same. The astronomy data that we are supposed to get S3 AWS is missing. I was unable to download. Is there another place where this can be published. I can try downloading the same from ephem and then backtracing the code to replicate the data in the format but if the author is active maybe he can help with the original data that can be used.
