Cuando hacemos reset de la docker image desde el makefile deberia poder conectarse al container y agregar la config de que omeka este en español

No estoy seguro creo que esa config queda en el container y no en la imagen, pero igual podriamos testearlo. Aca esta la docu de como y donde se setea esa config para que este en español

Para borrar la imagen debemos borrar el docker container asi que seguramente estamos perdiendo esa config que por default esta en "EN"
