First time doing this, and it won't work

Hi there, I'm trying to set this up so that I can resize all of the images in my app, I'm concerned because it doesn't look like it's working properly, this is what I see

but overall, when I click on my cloud functions, I keep getting errors. I'm not sure what the issue is but I've been at this for a few days and could use help. Is there a discord or anything, or is anyone willing to help me personally?
