Upgrade landfire to 2024

It looks like LF 2024 for CONUS is ready. HI and AK may still be coming.

Looks like this was addressed in commit 5f69a0b for issue #539.

I think that was the upgrade to LF 2023, this is for LF 2024 (version 2.5.0).

If you look here, I think the if statement that we use to format fetches already uses 2024 data. I could be mistaken.

I think the comments are wrong - they say 2024 data, but I'm pretty sure the 240 codes are 2023 and the codes for 2024 data are 250. You might double check all of this though and cross reference with the landfire product table. https://lfps.usgs.gov/products

Then that's my bad. I think I assumed the code corresponded to the year and didn't question it back when I resolved issue #539.

Yeah, you might just double check with the landfire documentation on which codes correspond to which data. I think the 2024 data was just released so I don't think we could have been using it back when that other ticket was closed.

Resolved in commit 7f099b4. Created new branch since HI was failing with 2024 codes. Can merge once HI has been confirmed to be updated as well.

Looks like HI and AK are there now too so we can upgrade to 2024 anytime.
