heater problem with 3-D OBST

Describe the bug
Heater on OBST 3D. Strange temp behaviour (some faces heat up, some not)

Two comments.

1. Did you upload the correct input file? I do not see any HT3D obstructions in the file.
2. TMP_FRONT sets the WALL_TEMPERATURE not the ADIABATIC_SURFACE_TEMPERATURE. The AST is a representation of the incident radiation and convection to the surface. If all your surfaces are at 1000 C, the inner surface will have a higher AST as the view factor to hot surfaces is higher.
