Rename firerest.cpp to config.cpp or something similar #2
Description
According to Karl, firerest.cpp is for parsing the config.json file. This file is not centric to FireREST. It is read by both FireREST and FireFUSE (one config to rule them all as Karl says). Naming this file as config.cpp serves as better documentation to what it really does.
