Tracking down citation information

Describe the bug
I've used your toolbox in my work, and I'd like to cite you, but I don't see instructions for citing your toolbox.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Look at readme file
2. Notice missing citation information

Expected behavior
Citation information clearly indicated in README file.

Observed behavior
Instructions in the README file point to duecredit, but without enough context to run it

Hey Jeremy,

The relevant citations for each module are listed in the CREDITS file in the main directory. If there's a module you used that isn't listed there, I would look toward the BCTPY main branch (this is just a fork of that at the moment). Let me know if you have any questions.
